401 Unauthorized when exporting trace

I'm getting 401 Unauthorized when exporting traces. My API key and secret key are from the dashboard setup page. Registration succeeds but span export to /tracer/v1/traces returns 401

can you try setting global trace provider to True and try ? also could you provide me with some logs and info regarding your setup .
