Tell the user how to provide an API during installation
- Some installation methods are still light on details, like Claude Desktop and Cursor.
- I can update those later once I figure out how to supply the API key to them.
Update MCP docstrings and README to be more accurate
Write to the task state file on submission to make the Claude Code progress bar show up sooner
