Rename package from everyrow_sdk to everyrow#8

Simplify import ergonomics by removing the _sdk suffix from the package name. Users can now import with `from everyrow import ...` instead of `from everyrow_sdk import ...`. Changes: - Rename src/everyrow_sdk/ directory to src/everyrow/ - Update all imports across source, examples, tests, and case studies - Update pyproject.toml, lefthook.yml, openapi-python-client.yaml - Update generate_openapi.sh script - Update CI workflow paths - Update README.md documentation Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
