File types

Releases contain four types of files:

  1. .wiki, a regular text file that has data formatted so that it can be copy-pasted to articles on the Fallout Wiki,
  2. .csv, a table with rows and columns that stores data in a sorted manner (see Browsing CSV files for more information on how to open these files),
  3. .db, an SQLite database that contains all .csv files from that release (can be opened using SQLite Browser),
  4. .7z, a compressed version of a different type of file (can be opened using 7zip).
