Description
This feature is trying to resolve one of the last requirements before pre-launch.
This is a step 1, we would need to extend later but we would need additional metrics saved such as playerdata count for a histogram such as the txAdmin performance overview.
However creating all of that would be insanely out of scope and quite a big PR so better we create it in building blocks.

I've also added a few tests, that way we can start doing TDD for upcoming/new features, which would make sure in 6 months when the web panel grows exponentially and we get third party PRs they do not break our original and intended logic.
