v1.2.0 hotfix - Replaced pyoxipng package with oxipng executable

-Added ProcessPoolExecutor for parallel execution across CPU cores
-Updated UI with more descriptive files processed of total files status
-Replaced vtf.bake_to_file() with shutil.copy() to avoid potentially compressing lossy VTF images unnecessarily
