• Create spec/wallet_commands.tri
• Generate wallet_commands.zig via tri gen
• Implement commands:
  • tri27 token balance
  • tri27 token stake
  • tri27 token unstake
  • tri27 token claim
  • tri27 token approve
  • tri27 token send
• Add tri27_cli integration
