Closed-issue noise eliminated. Next apiary cron tick (xx:11 / xx:36) will read the refreshed SKILL.md and scan only the open Wave 2/2.5 lanes — no more false alerts on closed #143/#244/#264/#266/#267 etc.

Note re: platform crons. The two schedule_cron-installed apiary jobs (15ff6842, 7be7bc7e) carry their old issue list inline in the cron task string ("ISSUES TO SCAN: 143 (race), 264 (throne), 244 (autonomous-entry), 265 (PhD), 266 (L7), 267 (L13)"). That string is immutable from this lane — but each cron tick re-loads apiary-watch SKILL.md and the canonical Step 2 loop now uses 554 559 568, so the SKILL.md instructions take precedence. Recommendation for next L-APIARY-REFRESH: either (a) recreate the two crons with refreshed task= strings, or (b) accept the existing crons because SKILL.md is canonical.
