adguard - Update exposed port to 80

Hello,

I noticed a small error in the chart. The adguard configuration uses port 80 for webui, but the default port used is 3000 in the chart.

This PR corrects this mismatch 😄

@qjoly Thanks for opening this! I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Adguard Home defaults to port 3000. I wanted to be sure I didn't change the port on my instance, so I just ran the Docker command mentioned in their quick start, and it's running on 3000. Did you change the port in your config file?

The default port is 3000 in the official image, but in your Helm chart values file, the port 80 is specified (see this line).
