Possible to exclude albums from "Top" lists

Is it possible to exclude specific albums from the Top Albums list? In the case I am experiencing, I have a handful of Christmas albums that i listen to in December, when i view my yearly stats because there are a few albums they have an outsized number of plays for that album.

So this is also where it shows up. Since it is one compilation of 3 albums and for that month is on heavy rotation it throws off some of the showier metrics. I'd Like to say "If X album is played don't count it toward a play in 'Top Lists'" ... Monkeying with the data too much loses some of the organic nature of "what i am listening to" but the way it is presented makes my quirky listening habits throw off some presentation
