…ecture Restructure the page so the shipped polling architecture leads, with the listener-failure analysis demoted to a "Why X doesn't work" section. The prior title scanned as a postmortem; the page is the architecture-of-record for adopter-visible self-heal re-trigger behavior wikilinked from Code Review Audit CI. Rename the file to match the reframe, update the two inbound wikilinks in wiki/index.md and wiki/concepts/Code Review Audit CI.md, regen manifest.
