  • Closing the loop: the board's reach measured, the fleet's counts current, and no red row that is not a finding Founder: the UI cannot go stale, and studies do not fail. Both were true and both are fixed here. NOTHING FAILED. No study on this board failed. 90 programs compile and run, all 22 Studies 48/49 pins print and sit on their pages, and the two rows that were red were not study results: shear-ledger-v1 is the payload SCHEMA for Study 44 - seven type declarations and no program. Measured: print( 0, out( 0, emit( 0, FileHandle 0, the only file of 97 in reproduce/ with no emit mechanism of any kind. It compiles, runs, exits 0 and writes 0 bytes, which is correct behaviour for a file that declares types. The harness globs every *.swift and required non-empty stdout, so it graded a declaration against a study's contract. That was the instrument's scope, not a finding. It now discriminates structurally: a file that emits by none of the three mechanisms carries no program, and is graded on what a declaration actually owes the tree - some other file must compile against its types, or it is named an orphan. Both arms fire: a real study with no output is still reported as one. domain_count 50 vs 49 was never a failure. It is the instrument comparing the live court against the pages and finding the pages stale, which is the job. Re-measured per cell with --resolve on all nine A records, unanimous: 51 tools and 50 domains, against 49 and 49 measured 2026-09-02. The 50th domain is cs, the Coding Court - roles compiler, consensus, ml_engineer - answering AFFINE_MATH_COURT on 9 of 9 cells and correctly refusing an unnamed role. The fleet grew; the pages were fifteen days behind. THE UI NO LONGER CARRIES A STALE COUNT. Eight pages corrected to 51 tools / 50 domains, each with a dated note naming the figure it replaced, per the standing rule that when a doc and a measurement disagree the measurement wins and the doc gets a dated correction. The harness constant follows the pages and now records why it moved, so the next reader knows 48 -> 49 was biosphere and 49 -> 50 was the Coding Court rather than finding a bare number. THE REACH IS THE BOARD'S, NOT A PAIR'S. Home.md gains a "Closing the loop" section in the voice the founder asked for, and every figure in it is a measurement: one law holding across twenty-four orders of magnitude, from Study 27's 3.27 fm lithium matter radius to Study 05's L1 point 1.5 million km sunward of Earth, with eleven studies populating the stretch between 3.840 Angstrom and thousands of kilometres. What it does not claim is stated as plainly: the span is a range at its bottom and a bracket at its top, five studies are OPEN because the data is not here yet, and one study reports a measurement of our own that proved nothing and is kept for that reason. AND THE NEW DISCRIMINATOR WAS GREEN FOR THE WRONG REASON ON ITS FIRST RUN. Its consumer check was written `grep -l "$ty"`, so shear-ledger-v1 reported as consumed by aso-offtarget-exact-vs-float because that file contains "Bases" and one declared type is `Base`. 719 passed, 0 failed, on a substring. Repaired to require the type delimited by a non-identifier character on both sides; re-tested, the schema is now correctly named an ORPHAN (zero whole-word references to any of its seven types anywhere in reproduce/) and the Study 48 program, which declares three types and emits 67 times, is still graded as a program. A green row earned by accident is worse than the red row it replaced. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

  • The library reads in order now, and a quoted figure stopped counting as evidence Cures first, as a five-step reading order. Twelve unreachable pages brought back into the sidebar. The front door carries seven medicines and both registry-wide maps. The registry-specificity slot named empty on 2026-09-07 is entry 7, seal 2d74f5c6. 39 new pins on The-Order-Of-The-Bases, checkable with no corpus. And the defect those pins exposed: the admission law's E4 and E5 were crediting figures a run had QUOTED rather than computed, so a screen that ran nothing was graded MEASURED against its own published seal. Both clauses test for a refusal first now; three arms hold the repair, including the reverse control. 65/65 arms. Libraries: 18 entries, 14 admitted, 4 held, 0 refused, seal b9b2ac76. This clone now carries library/ and the admission law, so the wiki can grade its own libraries — it never could. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

  • Study 35 — The safety brain that forgets: the time axis of the fusion thesis A floating-point safety brain goes deaf (an IEEE-754 freeze at 2^24 / 2^53 updates — 8.4 s at 2 MHz), forgets across machines (96.5% -> 49.6% -> 50.3% on the retraining treadmill), and disagrees with itself (142 operating points). No bigger computer fixes the kind of arithmetic. New page opens on the compressed human meaning; two new reproduce demos (float-degradation-demo, drift-barrier-demo) pinned in validate.sh — 156/0. Home: a wake-up section, and "For the history buffs — the road not taken" (the Eisenstein/Goddard discrete-lattice lineage, R. Gillespie); Study 35 added to Start here, the index, and the sidebar; Study 34 sibling cross-link (observer axis / time axis). Study 33 and its SVG: dated correction — float32's blind point (2^24 ~ 16.8 MA) is the order of a plasma current in amperes, not below it (ITER 15 MA is 89% of the way). • The invariant in action: the meaning survives any magnitude (Study 33 made whole) Founder: "we need people to see the invariant in action ... the physics was known and published in 2D physics of continuous math. we converted it to Affine invariant ... to show how this makes sure the meaning is carried no matter what magnitude the floats carried." Added to Study 33: - reproduce/fusion-affine-magnitude-invariance.swift (integer-only, reproducible): a float's precision is relative to its magnitude, so it goes BLIND at a scale; the affine Int128 invariant is absolute. Two adjacent physical states (inside the bound vs over it): float32 blind at 2^24 = 16,777,216 (below a plasma current in amperes) float64 blind at 2^53 ~ 9e15 affine Int128 separates them at 10^3 and 10^30 alike, exact past ~1e38. Marker AFFINE_INVARIANT_CARRIES_MEANING_AT_ANY_MAGNITUDE. Past those thresholds the safety verdict is not wrong — it is UNDEFINED; the two states are the same number. - An animated SVG (images/study33-invariant-in-action.svg): three lanes (float32/float64/ affine) showing the two states staying distinct in the affine lane at every magnitude while the float lanes go grey at their blind thresholds; a magnitude sweep in motion. - A "### The invariant in action" section framing the 2-D-continuous -> affine conversion, the visual, and the graded numbers (MEASURED / VERIFIED). Harness 147/0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

  • The UUM-8D rational density invariant: removing pi from the Greenwald bound (Study 33) Founder's formal invariant, committed to Study 33 and grounded by a proof: I_rho = Phi_q / det(Lambda) — discrete charge flux over the exact integer determinant of the flux-surface lattice slice. No pi, no float, one integer. reproduce/fusion-affine-density-invariant.swift (trig-free, integer-only, so its own numbers are byte-identical everywhere — the property it demonstrates): - pi*a^2 is pi-ambiguous by 334 mm^2 across 333/106..355/113 — relative 2.66e-5, the exact width that made the float Greenwald verdict contradict itself on 142 points (Study 34). - det(Lambda) is a single exact integer (a sum of 2x2 lattice determinants / shoelace area); I_rho is a pure integer comparison end to end — no bracket, no NOT_MEASURED. Removing pi removes the observer-dependence at its root rather than bracketing it. - Marker AFFINE_DENSITY_INVARIANT_IS_PI_FREE, pinned. Graded honestly, per the wiki's own discipline: the pi-free/exact/observer-invariant property is VERIFIED/MEASURED; that this invariant is the physically CORRECT density bound (tracks real disruptions, predicts the exceed-n_G regimes) is a falsifiable HYPOTHESIS — Study 33 is PENDING, no device. The affine form makes the arithmetic exact and auditable; it does not settle the physics. Study 34's pi-bracket limit now points here; the classical block keeps the founder's LaTeX (n_G = I_p/(pi a^2), I_rho = Phi_q/det(Lambda)). Also fixes a regression the harness caught: the Home move left 12 biosphere figures pinned to Home.md that now live on SpaceX-Biosphere-Safety.md — repointed. Harness 143/0. • Study 34 — The Observer-Invariant Verdict: proving the exact vQbit way, for the planet A new study answering the founder's question: not "where is the app scoped" but why the world needs an EXACT law, not a bigger computer, for the fusion safety verdict — and it is PROVEN, not argued. The proof (reproduce/fusion-exact-vs-float.swift, pinned): across ITER/SPARC/JET/DIII-D there are 142 operating points where two defensible rational values of pi give CONTRADICTORY Greenwald verdicts, and the exact vQbit court refuses all 142 (NOT_MEASURED_PI_BRACKET). float32 flips 0 — reported honestly: the failure is observer-dependence, not imprecision. The 2,992-verdict corpus is byte-identical on every machine (f49b576e). PROOF_EXACT_VERDICT_IS_ OBSERVER_INVARIANT. Harness 140/0. - Fixed a real 300x error: the pi-bracket 333/106..355/113 is 1/11978 ~ 8.35e-5 wide, NOT the "2.7e-7" the law comment and release page claimed (that is the error of 355/113 alone). The integer identity is now printed by the proof and pinned. - An animated SVG (tokamak plasma; the exact vQbit way names its limit vs a surrogate whose verdict turns on the pi it rounded to) carries the meaning for researchers, regulators, and people looking for hope. - Every claim graded; a 4-lens adversarial review applied (overclaim headers scoped and graded ARGUMENT, a forbidden "honestly" removed, the band stated as its measured 0.0007-0.0023% range, the VERIFIED bracket now actually pinned). Rights, per founder instruction: made public, but NO rights granted. No LICENSE (all rights reserved), a wiki-wide _Footer.md and Rights sections stating source-available != open-source and that any use beyond re-deriving the published figures requires a written licensing agreement. The "run" carve-out resolves the re-derivation contradiction the review caught. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
