Rule 'require-hyphen-before-param-description' does not support flag 'checkProperties'

According to the documentation, rule require-hyphen-before-param-description can handle checkProperties options, but according to the schema, it can't.
Fix documentation or schema, please.

Yes, it can handle the options, and the schema does indicate it can: https://github.com/gajus/eslint-plugin-jsdoc/blob/master/src/rules/requireHyphenBeforeParamDescription.js#L57-L65

However, I did just push a little clarification for the rule that the objects object on which checkProperties occurs must follow the string (always/never) option.
