Description
The locations Asset Hub Root could alias into were restricted in #1193. This allowed Asset Hub Root to alias into the root of any other system parachain but not to their interior locations. Allowing it to also alias to interior locations would make it possible for one account on any system parachain to send an XCM to Asset Hub, pick up funds and take them to Hydration in just one transaction.
