Why ?
Overrides not being set properly. In my environment, it's because the
GALASA_HOMEenvironment variable, or the--galasahomeparameter ongalasactlis not being passed correctly to the JVM.See the story driving this investigation here: galasa-dev/projectmanagement#1916
