Changes
The contents of the galasa-isolated and galasa-mvp images was missing docs.tar and galasa-docs-site because the docs were being copied over after the build of these images, so this change updates the workflow to correct this.
It also fixes the workflow to use the branch as the image tag so that during the release we actually package the release image in the isolated.tar files.
