With the preference set to display monitors in the parameters view, they vanish when several simulations are launched

Describe the bug
When the preference for displaying monitors in the parameters view is set to true, running an experiment with several simulations makes the monitors section vanish quickly after the opening of the experiment.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Verify that the preference is set to true

2. Go for example to 'Ant Foraging.gaml'
3. Define a monitor in the '3 simulations' experiment, e.g. monitor "dummy" value: 0;
4. Run the '3 simulations' experiment
5. See the Monitors section in the parameters view appear and immediately vanish

What's weirder is that selecting the experiment and then the second simulation makes the section appear, but with only one monitor inside, and not for the right simulation.

Expected behavior
That the monitor for the current simulation (the one currently selected) is shown -- and maybe that the ones for the 3 simulations are shown when the experiment is selected.
