heic2any library does not support conversion for newer IOS model

The heic2any library, which is used for heic conversion, does not support images captured using newer IOS model (showing error: ERR_LIBHEIF format not supported). This is an unresolved issue with the library (see the links below).

One option is to migrate to a different library such as:

Let's do this, I'm okay with migrating to another library as long as our requirements are met (all client-side)
