Posts block's Title alignment not working in Tablet & Mobile

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Posts block
2. Go to Style tab > Title panel
3. Adjust the Title alignment of Desktop to center, Tablet to left & Mobile to right
4. See bug in backend & frontend

Note: This also happens in Title, Category, Excerpt, Meta & Read More Link alignments

Expected behavior
The respective classes should be added when the responsive alignments are adjusted: e.g.: has-text-align-left-mobile
