Ctrl+Z crashes the gui program

Windows 10, I had just installed 16.3.0 msi file

I click that black dot, then I press ctrl+Z

after pressing Abort twice (other options are Retry and Skip):

[NooneAtAll3]

Ctrl+Z causes the error even if I've made a change (so it's not because there is no state beforehand to rollback to)
