Beta release

A new GP32 emulator aimed at being fast and more playable than typical GP32 emulators are (MAME, GeePee32) with proper sound emulation. Can also be built as a libretro core from source. This fixes also the "yellow shadow" issue found in Blue angelo that MAME reported.

Known issues

• Has some scrolling glitches for the top right/bottom right tile in Blue Angelo
• HLE bios has compatibility issues, including with homebrew titles
• USB is not implemented
