An AI system which can watch a Twitch stream and interpret the gestures of a host as command events.

A golang based service which uses OpenCV to watch a Twitch stream and interpret the gestures of the stream's host. It can spawn command events based on seeing certain gestures performed. For example, a Twitch streamer can make a gesture and cause his screen settings to rearrange.
