there is no any output of tf sub command if there is no running job #529
Description
Describe the bug
If there is no running tf container, gardenctl tf infra shoot-name doesn't give any output
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- gardenctl target -g gardencluster -s seedcluster
- gardenctl tf infra shoot-name
Expected behavior
print No running tf " + toMatch
