Acceptance criteria

• trips/ (or travel/) exists with README, _template.md, and first trip file.
• Template includes reusable checkbox list for future trips.
• Root README.md index lists the new folder.
• Related links in trip file either removed or rewritten for this repo.

Goal

Add a trips/ (or travel/) area to gardusig/notes: one concrete runbook for the tattoo trip, plus a reusable trip template so the next trip starts from a checklist instead of a blank page.

Proposed layout

• trips/README.md — short index: what lives here, how to add a new trip.
• trips/_template.md (or trips/TEMPLATE.md) — blank structure + todo list for any future trip (see below).
• trips/tattoo-guaruja-uberlandia.md (name up to you) — first trip file: content below.

Template ideas (todos for “I travel again”)

Use as a copy-paste checklist in _template.md:

• Confirm dates / anchor event (appointment, conference, etc.)
• Book main transport (flights / long bus) with seat preference if applicable
• Book connectors / local legs around the anchor
• Hotel: cancellation policy vs transport lock-in (book order)
• Timing worksheet: buffers at hubs (e.g. 60–90 min), work backward from anchor
• Payments: card limits, backup method, app balances (Uber, metro, etc.)
• Offline copies: tickets, seat numbers, confirmations
• Costs table (optional) + rough total
• Related links (finance, transport hub) — adjust paths for this repo

## Purchase runbook
Order:
1. Confirm tattoo date/window.
2. Reserve one hotel night aligned with the schedule.
3. Buy long-bus pair first (assigned seats prioritized).
4. Buy short connectors nested around anchor legs.
5. Confirm metro credit and Uber app balance.
6. Confirm card limit/expiry and backup payment method.

## Timing worksheet
1. Lock Tiete to Uberlandia departure.
2. Work backward for latest safe Guaruja departure.
3. Keep 60-90 min safety buffer at Tiete.
4. Prefer 4h30-5h total cushion before long-bus departure.

## Hotel decision rule
- Flexible cancellation: can book before all bus legs.
- Strict/non-refundable: lock long-bus pair first, then hotel.
- Align one sleep night with real tattoo/travel window.
