Running Chrome extensions (Flash)

First of all, I would like to say thank you for this incredible library.

But one moment makes me frustrating, I have spent a lot of time reading, googling and testing a possibility to run chrome with extensions, but seems nothing works for me. E.g. I'm using 'chromy' engine with this configuration:

Chrome is opening, but flash extension is not running:

How to force flash to start?
