The new cli introduces a number of changes:
- unmount is no longer a command
- init is the new command to use when getting started
- drop integration with theme-kiA
- wrap the gatsby-cli as much as possible to avoid outdated-ness
- work with the new 0.2.0 theme pack structure

Overall the goal was to increase the reliability and stability of the
cli.
