BTC-e adapter removal, some code cleanup, and pulled in latest REST API code.

  • Removed BTC-e Exchange Adapter and associated sample config in light of
    recent events: https://www.coindesk.com/btc-e-pledges-to-return-customer-bitcoin-days-after-police-seize-domain - the adapter is still versioned in GitHub and can be resurrected if/when circumstances permit.
  • Code cleanup/improvements after FindBugs and IntelliJ inspection run - nothing serious, just inefficient code, bad style etc.
  • Pulled in latest from REST API branch, but it's still not ready for production.
