📝 Documentation Update

Resolves gazebosim/ros_gz#708

Summary

This PR contains the detailed documentation, supported message types, and examples previously housed in the ros_gz_bridge README. It has been moved here to consolidate ROS 2 integration tutorials per the maintainers' request in issue #708.

(Companion PR removing the text from the original repo: gazebosim/ros_gz#871)
