Archiver is implementation in C# using an algorithm to remove most repeated byte in file and then code it with 3 symbols using. Example : 20 20 20 20 20 20 25 40 25 Most repeated: 20 11 6 14 25 40 25. 11 and 14 are random bytes which should not be in the file.
