Activity of type CRYPTO_BUY and subType MARKET_ORDER do not get recognized #44

Bonjour Guillaume,
It seems as though all transactions with type CRYPTO_BUY and subType MARKET_ORDER do not get recognized. Should this combination be added in the API's formatters.py definition?
