Create function in project

This new request will allow to create a new function or class that could expand updates and changes across multiple files and every time new code submitted or updated TI will run compile to see if there are any errors.

Currently create will only create a single file or work on a single open file and /project create will search and work out where to add the function but may need to enable or call that function in another file or class and that is not implemented, i.e. check and update the full workflow of the function and update or create across multiple files
