7.7 Proc Filter issue when Creating/Exporting/Deleting/Importing Pipelines

I created a Pipeline with a Proc Filter, then I Exported it.
I deleted the Pipeline, and then Imported it.

The Import said it was going to ignore the Proc Filter.

When I attempted to add a Proc Filter via the UI, the new Filter did not appear in the UI, because t was associated with the deleted Processor

The issue is that the second import is ignoring the import of the pipe filter because a filter with that UUID already exists (the logically deleted one).
We either change the UUID of the pipe filter on deletion. This assumes nothing else in stroom is relying on this UUID, but feels a bit dangerous if any new functionality is added that does depend on the UUID.
Or we make the import generate a new UUID for the pipe filter if it is found to already exist.
