* Issue **#1177** : Data retention now works with is doc refs.

* Issue **#1160** : Proxy repositories now only roll if all output streams for a repository are closed. Proxy repositories also only calculate the current max id if the `executionUuid` repo format param is not used.

* Issue **#1186** : Volume status is now refreshed every 5 minutes.
