* Fix SSL connection failure on remote feed staus check.

* Remove ConfigServlet as the functionality is covered by ProxyConfigHealthCheck.

* Fix password masking in ProxyConfigHealthCheck.

* Change servlet path of ProxyStatusServlet from `/config` to `/status`.
