• Issue #3117 : Add Preferred Username and Full name to the user permissions data grids when using an external IDP. This is to make it easier to identify which users are which when assigning permissions as the IDP unique identity may be a UUID.

• Issue #3118 : Hide the Tools => (API Keys|Users) menu items when using an external IDP.

• Add editor key bindings to user preferences.

• Issue #3203 : Allow unauthenticated servlets to have paths without /noauth/ in. Add path specs /stroom/datafeed and /stroom/datafeed/* for the data receipt servlet in addition to the existing /noauth/ ones.
