add termite terminfo

Closes #218 .

Not sure if there's anything else to do, but I executed the mkinfo tool to generate the terminfo file for termite (using ./mkinfo -go term_termite.go from termite, which I use).

Let me know if I missed anything, but running the demos in views succeeded after that and keys seemed to work as expected.
