This is the Wiki for the Pituitary Chromatin Atlas. It shows how to use the custom ChromBPNet pipeline designed for application to large-scale chromatin data in the context of the pituitary.

Here you will find an outline of information on how to prepare the data, train the models, and run the custom functions that integrate the predetermined ChromBPNet pipeline. The pipeline follows the structure outlined in the diagram below, indicating the order in which the steps must be taken to correctly work through the pipeline.
