🐛 `apt-get install privatebin-cli` does not work for `Ubuntu 24.04`

When I try to install the cli with apt-get I get the following error ; Unable to locate package privatebin-cli.

👣 Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Killercoda Ubuntu playground for a clean reproducible environment
2. Run the Ubuntu/Debian install command apt-get install privatebin-cli
3. Get the error

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package privatebin-cli

Yes it only available starting ubuntu 25.04 (i'm not the maintainer, so you may to ping the ubuntu package maintainer)

Don't about snapscraft but it's on debian/ubuntu apt package (c.f. https://packages.ubuntu.com/plucky/privatebin-cli)
