New property GLTFMeshPrimitive.materialIndex (as it appears in glTF file). It is passed to the outgoing Triangle structure when iterating faces with GLTFAsset.opApply, which allows to pass material data elsewhere. Main use case for this feature is accounting for face materials in collision detection and raycasting
