Add config option to control limit value #27

Sorry, I don't have time to fix this right now, so I'll file an issue in case someone gets to it before me.
Currently the limit value defined in db.py is hardcoded to 10 (the documentation actually needs to be updated to as it mentions the original value of 25).
Adding a feed_limit option to config.py would be relatively straight forward I think, and would make things a little nicer.
