Broken workflow calling security analysis

Looks like the GitHub Action is not compatible with the latest version of Gemini CLI (0.27.0).

For now, I've updated the repo ENV VAR GEMINI_CLI_VERSION to the older version (0.26.0) to unblock the pipeline.

I will also clean up #103 and merge this so we have a dedicated github action for security review.
