geml get with no selector lists blocks. Should that be geml list?

geml get doc.geml            # lists every addressable block
geml get doc.geml '#intro'   # prints one block

One verb, two jobs. It reads nicely, but --json then returns two different
shapes — an array of addresses, or a block node — so a script has to know which
one it asked for.

The options

1. Keep the overload — one verb, argument decides.
2. Add geml list, keep bare get as an alias.
3. Split hard — get requires a selector; listing is only list.
