ai-autopilot: surfaces (terminal / in-page / background)

Part of #97.

Run the same autopilot from three surfaces:

• terminal (CLI)
• in-page UI (embedded in the app being built)
• background process (long-running, queue-backed)

Blocked on the runner child (needs the execution seam first).
