Follow-up to #270 (AI meta-select). The run now resolves a set of active modes (technical / autopilot), whether from flags, the-framework.yml, or the auto-pick. Surface them on the dashboard as read-only checkboxes ([x] Technical [ ] Autopilot) so the selected policy is visible alongside the stack + loop panels.
Read-only for now (reflects the resolved modes); making them togglable mid-run is a separate, larger change. Part of #204.
