Add reusable EmptyStateView, EmptyContentType, and EmptyContentView components with icons converted from iOS SVGs. Apply empty states to NFT, Transactions, Asset Details, WalletConnect, Asset Select, Stake, Price Alerts, Fiat Transactions, and SelectChain scenes. Wire buy, receive, and swap action buttons matching iOS behavior. Closes #17

Move Paste and Scan QR Code actions from the top bar into list items to match the iOS layout. Keep only the Info button in the toolbar. Place the empty state inside the LazyColumn with fillParentMaxHeight for proper vertical centering.
