- Wrap Activity and NFT empty states in LazyColumn so PullToRefreshBox receives the gesture
- Switch empty state icon circle to surfaceContainerHighest and tint to onSurface for visibility on surface-colored scenes
- Add EmptyActionStyle to EmptyAction and let EmptyContentView declare primary/secondary per state
