Add padding and rounded corners to SubheaderItem#210

Resolve merge conflicts in SubheaderItem.kt and improve styling: add imports for clip, RoundedCornerShape, paddingHalfSmall and tinyIconSize; wrap the clickable row with a clipped rounded corner and small padding so the subheader has a padded, rounded clickable area; preserve icon and text styling. Conflict markers were removed and the layout was cleaned up.
