Improve NFT screen when a wallet has only unverified NFTs#591

When a wallet has only unverified NFTs, promote the Unverified row to the top instead of showing an empty state or leaving the row stranded below an empty grid. iOS shows the empty state only when there are no NFTs at all.

Remove the List top inset and only render the grid when verified NFTs exist so the Unverified row sits tight at the top when it is the only content.

When a wallet has only unverified NFTs, the NFT screen no longer shows the "Your NFTs will appear here" empty state as if there were nothing. The Unverified row now appears at the top as the main content.
Applies to both iOS and Android.
