Review Notebooks/Examples/Tutorials for Dependency Errors Caused by Dependency Cleanup

We should do a sweep for similar issues:

• check the rest of the ipynb's for these issues
• check the other contents of the examples directory for similar issues (or I guess we could always assume mellea[all] for those).
• check the narrative around commands/scripts in the tutorial to ensure that we don't have similar problems elsewhere (e.g., m tune needs [hf] I think)?

@nrfulton I will also run through the notebooks and look for dependency issues. Also, as Colab Python was just updated to 3.12, meed to verify that there are no new issues from that.

@nrfulton & @KenOcheltree - I've checked the following notebooks on Colab one-by-one!

As far as I can tell, the only notebook that needed updating was the Mellea/Docling one addressed in #84.

These notebooks have no issues, and appear to run as expected: 1. example.ipynb, 2. simple_email.ipynb, 3. insturct_validate_repair.ipynb, 4. model_options_example.ipynb, 5. sentiment_classifier.ipynb, 6. context_example.ipynb, 7. table_mobject.ipynb, 8. compositionality_with_generative_slots.ipynb

Potentially bugged notebooks:

9. m_serve_example.ipynb "Import Mellea and Start a Session" - doesn't return anything. Not sure if this is expected, but looks awkward on colab:

10. mcp_example.ipynb "Create an MCP Server" - doesn't return anything. Not sure if this is expected, but looks awkward on colab:
