Internationalization extras

- Add .locale-untranslated to untranslated language links
- Set langauge switcher link names to language code
- Limit entityreference to nodes of same language as parent node.
- Display terms in correct language on node forms.
- Add WYSIWYG to string translation pages.
- Fix taxonomy term relations resetting when editing a term in a language
  different than the admin UI.
- Redirect the users translating beans so they use the admin language in the
  bean language.
